I helped lead this powerful customer story, from pitching and securing customer participation to managing executive approvals, producing the video and written case study, and developing social media, blog, and digital content. The story highlighted how UMMS rapidly transitioned 28,000 employees to remote work during the onset of COVID-19, with critical support from Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) team.

The campaign featured reference quotes from key stakeholders, coverage in earned media, and integration into Cisco Live, amplifying the story across multiple channels and showcasing how Cisco’s technology and services enabled resilience and scale in healthcare when it mattered most.
