I was fortunate to lead the end-to-end development of this awesome global customer story featuring HARIBO, a $3B+ confectionery leader with products in over 120 countries. I partnered closely with product marketing and sales to identify the core technology transformation narrative aligned with Cisco DNA architecture and secured customer participation, including formal approval from André Döring, Head of Corporate IT Ops, Network & Security at HARIBO.
Despite COVID travel restrictions, I coordinated a fast-turn production schedule, secured budget and SOW, and managed a live-stream video shoot at 4 a.m. local time to accommodate international teams with a local creative and production agency in Australia.
The final story—including video, digital content, social assets, and event placements—continues to be featured at Cisco Live to demonstrate how OT visibility is foundational to securing industrial operations.
This campaign is a strong example of strategic storytelling, global coordination, and turning complex IT transformation into a relatable, high-impact customer success narrative.
