I was fortunate to lead the development and execution of this strategic customer story for Westpac, one of Australia’s largest and most established banks. The project showcased their remarkable network transformation—deploying Cisco SD-WAN and 5,000 devices across 944 branches in just nine months. This massive infrastructure upgrade delivered 10× bandwidth, a 28% boost in application performance, and cut network costs in half.

From securing executive participation to managing the creation of the video, written case study, and social media content, I drove the end-to-end execution. A standout moment came when the story was picked up by IT Press Australia, with the headline: "Westpac to start consolidating bank ops onto new core network within weeks."
