I had this very cool opportunity to lead the end-to-end rebrand of Cisco’s prestigious “Chairman’s Club”—an elite annual recognition for the top 1% of salespeople and revenue-generating contributors. This initiative came directly from CEO Chuck Robbins and Sales Leadership, who wanted a new name and visual identity that felt modern, inclusive, and aligned with Cisco’s evolving brand.
From pulling together the initial brief and asset deliverables to managing a fast-tracked timeline, I partnered with the brand strategy, naming, and creative teams to develop a curated shortlist of names and visual concepts for executive-level review. I also worked closely with Cisco’s legal counsel to conduct a thorough risk assessment on the shortlist and final name selection, ensuring trademark and reputational safety ahead of launch. The final choice—Club Cisco—captured both the spirit of achievement and the inclusive culture we’re building.
I led the creation of a polished executive presentation showcasing how the new identity would show up across banners, blogs, social posts, and a suite of modern-retro merchandise like hats, shirts, and water bottles. The result was a bold, future-forward identity that redefined how Cisco celebrates its top sales performers while reflecting the company's core values of excellence, inclusion, and innovation.
